Would buy again, but next time will not try and take the glue off the front with Goof Off as it discolored the front.
I've had many tackle trays, but my BallistiX trays are my on-the-water trays. They look amazing, & they're extremely durable. They have a tight seal, and tackle never crosses the barriers. Two thumbs wayyyyy up.
I love the tray very happy with the performance of it but what sucks is do you get this really nice very very expensive tackle tray that has this clear lid that you can see through and there’s a sticker covering half of it And I don’t know what they used to glue that sticker on, but when I peeled it off, on all of them. I did everything I could to prevent leaving glue all over it and even then the whole front of them was just covered in glue and nothing I did would get it off And in the process of using paper towels and trying to get it off the paper towel scratched them up really bad. So maybe just do away with the sticker or put it in a cardboard sleeve idk. Or maybe cover it with that plastic that comes on new appliances etc. then put the sticker on that.
I was on the fence of buying the bag but bought it to see if I can carry limited fishing stuff. Gotta say, its awesome. It's comfortable to carry and spacious all around for what you will use it for. I believe the three tackle slots are 3600 size. Even as a co-angler, its perfect in the boat. I also bought the strap bag because its easier to just bring your three main terminal tackle and keep it simple.
